The Feil Organization has announced the renewal of Mulligan Security’s lease for 12 years at 7 Penn Plaza in Midtown. The private security and fire safety contractor will also be expanding its presence by an additional 15,788 square feet on the second floor, bringing their total occupancy to 24,788 square feet.
According to Anthony Escamilla, CFO at Mulligan Security, the Feil Organization worked closely with them to create a custom-built office space that meets their unique needs as they experience rapid growth. This new space includes separate street-level private access and reflects their brand and business goals.
Mulligan Security was represented by CBRE agents David Hollander and David Katz while The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, David Turino, and Henry Korzec. This expansion is a testament to both companies’ commitment to providing exceptional tenant experiences.
