The sale of the Oregon Trail Center in Gresham, Oregon has been successfully brokered by Northmarq’s Pacific Northwest Commercial Investment Sales team. The team, consisting of Sean Tufts, Kevin Adatto, Scott Frank and Joe Dugoni represented both the seller Rhino Investments Group LLC and buyer Hyperion Realty Capital in this deal. According to Tufts, this transaction presents a great opportunity for further development of one of Gresham’s top retail centers.
Located strategically along E Burnside in Gresham, the Oregon Trail Center boasts 196,298 square feet of retail space with well-known national and regional brands like Daiso,M arshalls Office Depot,Big 5,and Kids Empire as anchor tenants. Additionally,the center includes pad buildings that house popular establishments such as Chipotle,Dairy Queen Firestone,and Starbucks.
Tufts joined Northmarq alongside Adatto,Frank,and Dugoni from CPX LLC,in August 2023.This move established new offices for Northmarq clients in Seattle and Portland,enabling them to better serve their clients’ needs within the Pacific Northwest region.
