Ryan Companies US, Inc., Cogir Senior Living and Harrison Street have formed a joint venture to construct a high-end senior living community in Tigard, Oregon – 20 minutes from Portland. This marks the first project for both Cogir and Ryan Companies in Oregon.
Patrick Dimaano, VP of Senior Living Development at Ryan Companies commented on the development: “We recognize the strong investment opportunities presented by the senior living market which is backed by robust demographics.” He added that “at Ryan we are committed to developing exceptional communities even during economic headwinds.”
Ryan will serve as builder and developer while Cogir will manage day-to-day operations upon completion. Harrison Street is providing capital partnership while CBTWO Architects has been selected as architect of record for this project.
