Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Alison Beddard as managing principal of their operations for Oregon. This expansion of her current role as managing principal for Washington State, which she has held since January 2021, will see her oversee the strategic growth of the firm’s business lines in Portland and Seattle/Bellevue markets.
