"Oregon Data Center Sells for $32M: Oracle Occupies Facility"

A 91,000-square-foot single-tenant data center in Hillsboro, Oregon has been acquired by an unnamed institutional client. The property was sold for $31.75 million with the assistance of commercial real estate firms Five 9s Digital and Romans Properties.

The facility is currently occupied by Oracle as its sole tenant and the company recently renewed its lease. According to DCD, Oracle also operates a second adjacent facility at 3295 NE 83rd Avenue.

Five 9s Digital specializes in national data center real estate solutions including brokerage, consulting and development services while Romans Properties is a full-service brokerage based in Charlotte that focuses on data centers and commercial properties.

This recent transaction highlights the strong demand for high-quality data centers in Oregon’s thriving market.
