**Oracle Partners with Nobu Hospitality for Luxury Hotel in New Nashville Campus**

Oracle Corporation is teaming up with Nobu Hospitality to develop a luxury 126-room hotel as part of its expansive campus along Nashville’s Cumberland River. Located on the southern end of the planned site, the hotel will be a key component of a larger mixed-use development that includes office space, retail, and residential components.

To date, Oracle has invested $379 million to acquire 76 acres for the new headquarters. Conceptual renderings reveal over two million square feet of development, showcasing a mix of corporate offices, commercial spaces, and the high-end Nobu hotel.

Adjacent to an upcoming apartment and retail complex by MRP Realty and near the popular attraction Topgolf, the Nobu hotel will offer premium amenities, including a ground-floor restaurant, a rooftop infinity pool, and a spa.

While Oracle’s original cost projection for the campus was approximately $1.35 billion, updated estimates suggest the figure could exceed $2 billion. This rise accounts for inflation, expanded project scope, and construction tariffs that have impacted the industry over the past four years.

Oracle has yet to announce a definitive construction timeline for the project.
