Optimus Properties Acquires Multifamily Property in Beaverton for $12 Million

Optimus Properties, LLC has acquired a 70-unit apartment community located at 4925 SW Jamieson Rd in Beaverton, Oregon. The property is situated on 2.22 acres of land in the highly sought-after Raleigh Hills neighborhood within Washington County.

The surrounding area boasts a strong presence of well-known companies such as Intel, IBM, Oracle, Providence Health & Services, Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), Nike U.S. Headquarters,Fred Meyer,and Tektronix. According to Kamyar Shabani,the Principal at Optimus Properties,”We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to invest in this desirable location with excellent demographics and employment prospects.”

This transaction was reported by Connect CRE and marks yet another successful investment by Optimus Properties who continues to grow their real estate holdings throughout various markets across the country.
