"Optima Tax Relief Secures 38K SF in Santa Ana: A Commitment to Growth"

Barker Pacific Group (BPG) announced on Monday that Optima Tax Relief has signed a 40-month lease for 38,090 square feet at Griffin Towers in Santa Ana. The office property is conveniently located at the intersection of the 405 and 55 freeways, just minutes away from John Wayne Airport.

According to Michael Barker, managing director of BPG, “The location of this property is ideal and we are thrilled to have Optima take advantage of all that Griffin Towers has to offer. This new leasing activity is a positive sign for companies as they begin returning to their offices after the pandemic.”

Optima was represented by Craig Kish and Richard Sung from Newmark while Dean Chandler, Justin Hill, Peter Wells,and Taylor Friend from CBRE make up the leasing team for Griffin Towers. BPG will oversee property management with an onsite team.
