"Opening of Urban Dove Team II Charter High School in the Bronx"

The Bronx welcomes the opening of Urban Dove Team II Charter School’s new transfer high school, designed by Montroy DeMarco Architecture. The campus, known as Urban Dove Team II Bronx, offers a unique educational approach that utilizes sports and life skills to support at-risk teenagers in graduating on time. Relocating from its previous location to 671 Prospect Avenue in Woodstock, this 39,000-square-foot campus was created through the redevelopment and expansion of three adjacent commercial buildings. With a fourth-floor addition featuring high ceilings and large windows along with original brick walls throughout the space, this school can accommodate up to 300 students and employs 70 staff members. The property is leased from Nivneh Capital Group/The Iconic Group under the name Evan Leif Educational Campus in recognition of one of its donors.
