Big Fish Hospitality is set to open an upscale restaurant, The Prospect, at 20West – a luxury apartment building located in downtown Mount Prospect, IL. Construction of the two-story eatery will begin this summer. Chef Mauro Berruti and general manager Garrett Supples bring over 30 years of combined culinary experience from Gibson’s Italia, Bazaar Meat Chicago and Chicago Cut Steakhouse as well as service expertise from Chicago Diner, Frontier Ina Mae Tavern and Packaged Goods.
Nicholas & Associates is overseeing the buildout for developer Wingspan Development Group who recently completed construction on both 20West and Maple Street Lofts apartments in the area. “We have seen a growing demand for downtown suburban living which makes us confident that residents will be excited about having such an esteemed restaurant nearby,” said Chris Coleman VP of development at Wingspan Development Group.
