Opening of Bridgeland's First Build-to-Rent Community in October

Preleasing is underway for homes in Wingspan, the first build-to-rent (BTR) neighborhood in Bridgeland. 263 modern farmhouse style homes are set to welcome their first residents this October. Developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., these single-family attached and detached residences include casita-style homes, townhomes and duplexes with gated backyards and garages available in select units. Floorplans range from 650 to 1,700 square feet across one-, two-, or three bedroom options.

“Wingspan offers lock-and leave flexibility of renting along with the benefits that come with living in Bridgeland—including exceptional amenities, top ranked schools and exciting commercial offerings,” said Travis Guinn of The Howard Hughes Corp.. Amenities include a pool, indoor fitness center, playgrounds pet park as well as outdoor spaces featuring fire pits and grills for entertaining guests or enjoying family time outdoors. Residents can also take advantage of nearby walking trails around Chrysalis Lake which spans 22 acres within the community’s boundaries .

This new BTR community provides an attractive option for those looking to enjoy all that Bridgeland has to offer without committing long term ownership obligations .
