Aligned Data Centers has revealed plans for expansion in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area with a new data center campus in Mansfield, TX. The upcoming DFW-03 facility will be situated on a 27-acre site and is expected to have an initial capacity available as early as Q4’25. Located at 3801 Britton Road in Tarrant County, the site will cover an impressive 429,600 square feet.
DFW-03 will utilize Aligned’s adaptive modular infrastructure to speed up deployments through prefabricated components and on-site delivery of critical equipment. Additionally, this data center boasts advanced air and liquid cooling technologies that can handle densities of up to 350 kW per rack.
In addition to this exciting news about their Mansfield location, Aligned also announced plans for a third building at their existing Plano campus. Currently operating campuses in Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix Salt Lake City and Northern Virginia; Aligned continues its growth trajectory with these expansions.
The company’s investors include Macquarie Asset Management CenterSquare Mubadala Patrizia among others.
