Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two additional industrial leases at Inwood Logistics Center in Queens, continuing the rapid lease-up of the 10-building logistics campus. The property has been drawing heightened interest as users seek space in the supply constrained JFK Airport submarket, where industrial demand has been accelerating.
At 95D Inip Dr., airline catering specialist Gate Gourmet committed to 63,437 square feet. The company provides catering solutions for airlines and will use the space to support its logistics and operations needs near the airport. The lease expands the roster of aviation-related and logistics-focused occupiers at the campus, reinforcing the strategic role of Inwood Logistics Center within the broader JFK industrial ecosystem.
At 71 Inip Dr., Yanwen Express, described as a leading logistics provider, signed a lease for 23,800 square feet. The new commitment gives Yanwen Express a foothold in one of the tightest industrial submarkets in the region, positioning the tenant close to major air cargo infrastructure and key transportation corridors serving the airport and surrounding distribution networks.
Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord Onyx Equities in both transactions. The leasing team included Helen Paul, Rico Murtha, Tom DeLuca, Sonny Singh, and David Frattaroli, who are handling the marketing and leasing efforts for the campus. On the tenant side, Cushman & Wakefield’s Jimo Liu represented Yanwen Express, while Gate Gourmet was represented by Tom DiMicelli of JLL, reflecting multi-firm participation in the latest round of leasing at the property.
Commenting on market conditions, Paul noted that the JFK industrial submarket remains resilient despite a shifting and uncertain economic backdrop. She highlighted that vacancy in the area is historically low and expressed the expectation that availability could tighten further as 2026 progresses. The continued lease-up at Inwood Logistics Center, combined with the supply constraints around JFK, underscores how limited new industrial inventory and robust user demand are shaping outcomes for airport-adjacent logistics assets.
With Gate Gourmet and Yanwen Express joining the tenant lineup, Inwood Logistics Center continues to build critical mass as a logistics hub serving the airport and surrounding region. The latest leases demonstrate that users focused on time-sensitive distribution, air cargo, and aviation services are still actively pursuing well-located industrial facilities, even as broader economic signals remain mixed. For Onyx Equities, the new commitments move the 10-building campus further along its lease-up trajectory, supported by strong brokerage engagement from both Cushman & Wakefield and JLL.
