Ontario Neighborhood Gets 144 New Townhomes from Landsea Homes

Landsea Homes Corporation has closed on 144 townhomes for a new neighborhood, Eave II, at the Neuhouse master planned community in Ontario. The extension of Landsea Homes’ existing Eave neighborhood will feature mid-century courtyard townhomes ranging from 949 to 1,510 square feet.

Tom Baine, Southern California Division President of Landsea Homes expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity to expand their presence in the Neuhouse master planned community and Inland Empire with these 144 new townhomes. He stated that “Ontario is an important and very popular market for us” citing their success selling out 432 single-family homes at ShadeTree earlier this year as evidence of its popularity among first time homebuyers looking to break into the Southern California housing market while living in a beautiful responsibly designed and built home.
