One Trent, a Seattle-based real estate development firm, has successfully completed three new multifamily residential projects in the Puget Sound region. These projects are located in Seattle’s Judkins Park neighborhood, downtown Tacoma and Bellingham’s Sehome neighborhood.
Leasing is now available for these developments: Hilite Apartments (206 units), Rook Apartments (368 units) and Kerf Apartments (196 units). Kerf has also received its occupancy certificate, marking it as One Trent’s third project to be delivered this year. The company plans to open two more projects later this year in Lynnwood and SeaTac.
According to Principal Patrick Ashman of One Trent, the company is dedicated to delivering top-quality residential developments that positively impact communities. He expressed satisfaction with seeing their hard work come together across the Puget Sound region. Additionally, One Trent recently launched a $50 million multifamily investment fund focused on acquiring distressed properties within the greater Puget Sound real estate market. All of these recent developments were developed by One Trent themselves.
