Couchbase, a leading cloud database platform used by over 30% of the Fortune 100, has signed a lease for 23,680 square feet at One Santana West in San Jose’s Santana Row. The move-in date is expected to be in the first quarter of 2025.
Joining major tenants PWC and Acrisure, Couchbase solidifies its commitment to One Santana West located at Winchester Boulevard and Olin Avenue near Interstate 280. The company will occupy space on the first floor adjacent to convenient amenities such as a fitness center, golf simulator and café.

This premier location aligns perfectly with our company’s growth trajectory.”
Newmark is handling leasing for this project which was designed by Studios Architecture and constructed by Devcon Construction.
