**Stockbridge Acquires 1M-SF Distribution Facility Near Savannah**

Stockbridge has acquired a 1,026,000-square-foot distribution center located in Rincon, Georgia, just outside of Savannah.

The seller, a joint venture between Becknell Industrial and a Goldman Sachs affiliate, was represented by JLL. The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Britton Burdette, John Huguenard, Dennis Mitchell, Jim Freeman, and Maggie Dominguez.

The state-of-the-art facility, completed in 2022, is fully leased to National Distribution Centers, operating under NFI, a key subsidiary of NFI Industries.

Located at 1200 Logistics Parkway, the property is strategically positioned just 10.7 miles from the Georgia Ports Authority’s Garden City Terminal and 4.9 miles from Interstate 95. It sits within Old Augusta Commerce Center, a master-planned industrial park that will eventually encompass 4.7 million square feet of space across six buildings.

Commenting on the region’s strong industrial performance, JLL’s Britton Burdette stated, “After posting strong numbers in 2024, net absorption reached 2.8 million square feet in the first quarter of 2025—ranking No. 1 nationally as a percentage of inventory—making it a compelling market for long-term investment.”
