Olympus Buys Gilbert Rental Community for $112M

Olympus Property recently acquired Aiya, a 360-unit multifamily community in Gilbert, Arizona for $112 million or $311,111 per unit. The Wolff Co. was the seller of the property located near US 60 and San Tan Freeway intersection. Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) facilitated the transaction with Steve Gebing and Cliff David representing the seller while IPA Capital Markets team led by Brian Eisendrath arranged acquisition financing for Olympus Property.

The garden-style community consists of 16 buildings featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging between 546 square feet to 1,228 square feet which were completed in 2022.
