Oldsmar Partners with Select Companies for Town Center Project

Oldsmar, a suburban city in Pinellas County, is planning to sell 8 acres of its city-owned property for a mixed-use development. According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the proposed town center will include 250 apartment units and approximately 27,000 square feet of food and retail space along with an additional 8,000 square feet of office space.

After careful consideration and voting by city leaders, Oldsmar has selected Stanbery Development Group from Ohio as their preferred developer for this project. The firm has offered $2 million for the land. Other partners involved in this development include Baker Barrios Architects, Bohler Engineering,Rycon Construction,and ACRE Commercial Real Estate.
