Oldham County Business Park: Land Purchase by Developers

Hollenbach-Oakley and The Hocker Group have purchased the first 72 acres of Oldham Reserve, a 1,000-acre development in La Grange, Kentucky. According to Louisville Business First , this paves the way for initial phase construction of multifamily units and a Class A business park. Construction is expected to begin next summer.

The multifamily development will feature two 250-unit apartment complexes while the business park will include 500,000 square feet of office space as well as retail outlets, medical facilities and flex spaces.

In addition to these developments, single family homes are planned for later phases which aim to build upon an existing live work play community in the area that is already home large employers such as The Rawlings Group and Trilogy Health Services – driving demand for housing solutions .
