OHT Partners LLC has broken ground on Lenox Heights, an upscale apartment community located in The Heights area of Houston. Construction began in May and is expected to be completed by early-2025.
The 5-story Class A+ complex will feature 359 units with a variety of amenities such as two resort-style pools, a sky deck offering views of downtown, co-working studio, fitness center, clubhouse and pet spa.
Units range from one to two bedrooms with 629 to 1,247 square feet and boast modern designs along with stainless steel appliances quartz countertops and smart home technology. Rental rates will be announced closer to the project’s opening date.
