**Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center in Ohio Set to Rebrand as The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center**
Nationwide Realty Investors has announced that renovations are nearing completion at the 20-acre Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center in Lewis Center, Ohio. As part of the transformation, the property will be rebranded later this summer as The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center.
The historic venue, which has operated under various names since the 1950s, is undergoing a comprehensive overhaul designed to elevate its stature among regional hospitality and event facilities. Upgrades include a fully modernized event center with updated ballrooms, larger gathering spaces, a private outdoor courtyard, and advanced technology features throughout.
Guestrooms and suites are being redesigned with nature-inspired interiors and refined finishes to enhance the overall guest experience. A renovation of the property’s 2,000-square-foot pub is also planned for the fall.

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Columbus, the property features 193 guestrooms, two signature ballrooms, and flexible event spaces capable of accommodating groups ranging from 10 to 400 guests.
