Kidder Mathews has welcomed Parker Ksidakis to their Seattle office as First Vice President. This marks the third retail specialist to join the firm in 2023, alongside David Gellner and Maggie Wolk who began at Kidder Mathews in February.
Monica Wallace, Regional President of Brokerage for Kidder Mathews expressed her excitement about Ksidakis joining: “We are thrilled that Parker is now part of our team – he is a great addition to the five other retail investment brokers already working out of our Seattle office and will help us remain one of the best teams in business”.
Ksidakis has been an active member within commercial real estate industry for nearly a decade, most recently with CBRE’s Seattle Retail Group. He commented on his decision to join Kidder Matthews: “I was drawn by their entrepreneurial culture and ability reinvest into my business so I can achieve outstanding client results”.
