Lincoln Property Company’s division, LPC Desert West, recently sold the iconic 3131 and 3133 Camelback buildings to Presson Corporation for $72.1 million. These offices are situated at the southwest corner of 32nd Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix. With a record-breaking average occupancy rate in metro Phoenix, LPC is proud to have been involved with this project since its launch in 1998.
LPC will continue to handle leasing and management responsibilities for these two adjacent Class A office buildings spanning over 295,401 square feet. The first building offers four stories with a total area of 196,332 square feet while the second building has three stories covering an area of
99,069 square feet along with on-site parking garage facilities.
