Chris Boland has recently been promoted to Vice President at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, a full-service brokerage division of The MacKenzie Companies, LLC. Based in Lutherville, Maryland and with over 12 years of sales and business development experience (including five as a real estate broker), Boland brings valuable expertise to his new role. Specializing in leasing commercial office and industrial/warehouse space as well as the sale of properties in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area, he provides expert real estate advice to companies, property owners, landlords and investors.
Prior to joining MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC., Boland served as Senior Real Estate Advisor for the company since 2022. Before that time he worked at Blue & Obrecht Realty for three years where he was involved in commercial real estate brokerage services. Additionally Chris spent several years working on sales initiatives while employed by LEGACY Global Sports – an international sports event management firm headquartered out of Portsmouth NH.
