The former meat-packing plant in Germantown, Nashville is undergoing a $550 million transformation by Neuhoff into a multi-use development spanning 900,000 square feet. The project is a collaboration between New City Properties, JP Morgan and Cousins Properties and will feature office, retail and residential spaces.

According to The Atlanta Business Journal, the first phase of the project is nearing completion with two buildings offering 448,000 square feet of office and retail space as well as two eight- and nine-story apartment buildings with 542 units. Construction has finished on the office building which includes ground-level retail space while “The Curve,” a collection of revitalized structures from the early 1900s also forms part of this phase.

Expected to open next summer are two additional apartment buildings in Phase I. The upcoming second phase will see another office tower connected to the existing one through a sky-bridge.

This update on Nashville’s Neuhoff development marks significant progress for this ambitious project that promises to bring new life to an old industrial site.
