Marcus Partners, a leading real estate investment, management, and development firm, has recently welcomed Chris Legocki as their new Senior Vice President of Investments. In this role, Legocki will report directly to Chief Investment Officer Ryan McDonough and will be responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities in the Metro Boston area.
According to McDonough, the addition of Legocki to their team strengthens their ability to identify promising industrial and multifamily investments in Metro Boston. With his strategic mindset and extensive experience in both investing and developing commercial properties, as well as his deep understanding of the industry landscape, he brings valuable assets that are crucial for navigating through current challenges within the commercial real estate market.
Prior to joining Marcus Partners’ team ,Legocki was a Senior Director at Greystar where he played an integral role in establishing and expanding the company’s regional development and acquisition business. He also held positions at Longpoint Realty Partners , Skanska USA Commercial Development,and First Niagara Bank before joining Marcus Partners .
