Craig Kates has recently joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC as the new vice president at their Annapolis, Maryland office. With over 11 years of experience in the industry, Kates brings a wealth of knowledge to advise companies on various real estate needs including office spaces, warehouses/industrial properties and retail locations in Maryland, Northern Virginia and DC.
Kates specializes in assisting companies of all sizes and industries such as non-profits, breweries and healthcare firms. He also excels at building strong relationships with property owners and other key stakeholders within the industry. Prior to joining MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, he held positions at ROSSI Commercial Real Estate and Marcus & Millichap while also having a successful career in network affiliate television.
