Colliers has hired Chase Schupp as a Director for its Chicago office. He will work with Alain LeCoque and Ryan Barr, specializing in Corporate Solutions and Tenant Representation across industrial, office, and healthcare assets in the United States.
Schupp brings to Colliers experience from Truist’s real estate investment banking group where he served as an investment banking associate focusing on principal equity investments in industrial and office net lease assets. During his tenure there, Schupp was part of a team that closed $1 billion worth of sale-leaseback acquisitions and build-to-suit development projects. His background in principal investing combined with his knowledge of capital markets allows him to provide tenants with an innovative approach when developing their real estate strategies.
In addition to covering Transportation & Logistics, Building Products, Infrastructure Services clients from a real estate advisory perspective at Truist’s investment bank; Schupp also managed coverage for Sunbelt region developer clients/prospects within the same field . He is a graduate of Tulane University.
