The AI-driven manufacturing software company will continue to utilize the space on the fifth floor for its office operations. Gabriel Whitman of The Moinian Group acted as representative for the landlord, while Colliers represented Oden Technologies.
According to Nick Berger, director of commercial leasing at The Moinian Group, Flatiron’s prime location and top-notch amenities have consistently attracted high-quality companies like Oden Technologies.
10 West 18th Street is one of seven buildings in The Moinian Group’s portfolio in Flatiron totaling over 122,000 square feet. Recently, this portfolio has secured new leases totaling over 18,000 square feet with notable companies such as Kids at Work and LineLeap among others.
