Zachry Hospitality recently announced plans for a new 200-room hotel in Hemisfair Park. The hotel, which will be operated by the Curio Collection by Hilton brand, will feature a signature restaurant and bar, café, rooftop bar, underground speakeasy bar, pool with cabanas, spa and fitness center. CBRE facilitated the debt on behalf of Zachry Hospitality while Interbank provided the construction loan.

Trademark Property Company (Trademark), an investor and developer based in Fort Worth that specializes in mixed-use districts has hired Rodrigo Maldonado as Asset Management Associate and Megan McWilliams as Senior Financial Analyst. With these additions to their team of experts Trademark aims to provide comprehensive leasing strategies across their portfolio of 16 properties.

Construction is set to begin on Brookhaven’s new city hall on October 11th at a cost of $78 million. The project is part of Brookhaven’s plan to create a transit-oriented center along Peachtree Road where low-rise commercial buildings currently stand. Employees are expected to move into the new workplace by mid-2025.

A former PepsiCo office campus located at 5600 Technology Dr., Plano is undergoing redevelopment with completion expected before year-end.The project includes renovations such as updates to lobby entryway tenant lounge coffee bar fitness center landscaping outdoor areas façade improvements pickleball courts etc.Philadelphia-based Rubenstein Partners leads this redevelopment effort while GFF serves as project designer.
