Zachry Hospitality has announced its plans to develop a 200-room hotel in Hemisfair Park. The hotel, operating under the Curio Collection by Hilton brand, will feature a signature restaurant and bar, café, rooftop bar, underground speakeasy bar, pool with cabanas, spa and fitness center. CBRE arranged the debt for Zachry Hospitality while Interbank provided the construction loan.

A $78 million campus for Brookhaven employees is set to begin construction on October 11th on a surface parking lot near MARTA station. This project is part of Brookhaven’s efforts to create a transit-linked center along Peachtree Road where low-rise commercial buildings currently stand. Employees are expected to move into the new workplace by mid-2025.
The former PepsiCo office campus located at 5600 Technology Dr.in Plano is undergoing redevelopment which is set be completed by end-of-year.The redevelopment includes renovations such as improved landscaping,outdoor areas,new lobby & entryway,and tenant lounge & coffee bar.A fitness center,facade upgrade,& pickleball courts are also planned.Philadelphia-based Rubenstein Partners leads this project with GFF serving as project designer.
