Dallas – MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON), a Dallas-based company, has promoted two of its long-standing leaders, Chip Myers and Ryan Stoll to Senior Vice President positions. In their new roles, they will continue to ensure the successful completion and financial success of projects for MYCON’s clients while also mentoring the next generation.

San Antonio – EōS Fitness has signed a long-term retail lease at The Shops at Redland Road in San Antonio. This will be the gym chain’s first location in San Antonio and it is set to open in 2026 at the northeast corner of Loop 1604 and Redland Road. The gym will occupy 40,000 square feet indoors as well as an additional 2,500 square feet outdoors.

Houston – Lion Real Estate Group recently acquired Stone Creek at Old Farm in Houston through an off-market transaction on behalf of its Fund III investment vehicle. This marks Lion Real Estate Group’s first acquisition in Houston as they focus on acquiring value-added multifamily properties.

San Antonio – Newmark facilitated the sale of O’Connor Oaks , a value-add multifamily property located northeast San Antonio with 165 units. Austin-based JMB Group was represented by Newmark Multifamily Capital Markets Senior Managing Director Jim Young and Director Chase Easley during this transaction which saw Salt Lake City-based Preserve Partners become the new owner.

Round Rock- Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) completed construction on Sunrise Commerce Center , spanning over three buildings totaling more than310,000 square feet across37 acresin Round Rock,Texas.The Class A industrial development is strategically located less than one mile from Interstate35.AP broke groundon this project backin Spring2023and handled both construction workas well astenant finishesforthebuildings.
