John Lee has been appointed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of BioMed Realty, a Blackstone portfolio company that provides real estate solutions to the life science and technology industries. Based in San Diego, Lee will oversee the company’s investment and asset management functions in this newly created role. He brings with him extensive experience from his previous position as EEVP Portfolio Manager at PIMCO.

CIM Group has welcomed Michael Turner to their infrastructure team as Managing Director of Investments. With 16 years of experience in all aspects of infrastructure investing, including transportation and logistics, Turner joins CIM Group during their expansion into this sector.

Dealpath , a real estate investment and deal management platform based in San Francisco, has named Pei Hung as its new CFO. She will be responsible for leading Dealpath’s financial strategy and planning while overseeing operations across the company. Hung comes from CloudTrucks where she served as Head of Strategic Finance.

Nick Watkins is taking on the role Director for Workplace Strategy at Ware Malcomb , an international design firm headquartered in Irvine . In this position he will lead Ware Malcomb’s strategy services for clients across multiple practice areas utilizing his more than 18 years worth research leadership positions at large AE firms .

Green Street , known for providing commercial real estate intelligence throughout North America & Europe have expanded their Market Analytics suite by adding coverage to include tertiary markets within four core sectors: apartments industrial office & strip centers . This expansion allows CRE investors access to advanced analytics when making capital allocation decisions within these markets.
