Colliers has named Christian Prelle as the new EVP and head of office agency for the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 15 years of experience in leasing and selling properties, Prelle is a highly respected leader in the industry. He joins Colliers from Newmark, where he served as executive managing director for six years, overseeing more than 55 brokers and staff at their Palo Alto office.

CBRE’s Inland Empire office has welcomed four new members to its team: SVPs Nicholas Chang and Richard Lee, first VP Justin Kuehn, and VP Sione Fua. The industrial advisory team previously worked at NAI Capital before joining CBRE.

Natalia Todorov has been hired by New York Life Real Estate Investors as head of commercial mortgage lending for the Western Region. Based in the Bay Area, Todorov will lead a team responsible for originating real estate debt investments through underwriting, structuring,and negotiating deals.Todorov brings over 20 years of real estate experience to her new role after serving most recently as executive director at PGIM Real Estate.

Linc Housing , a nonprofit organization focused on building affordable housing communities,saw major organizational changes with several promotions announced this week.Ben J.Winter was promoted to EVP overseeing all housing development activities along with corporate development,policy advocacy,and communications.Cecilia Ngo also received a promotion to SVP alongside Anders Plett,a key member on Linc’s housing development leadership team.Ruth Smith is now SVPof human resourcesand workplace operations.Effective January1st2025,Erik Svensson will oversee asset management after being appointed CCFO earlier this year.

Industrial Realty Group LLC,a national leaderin industrial redevelopmentand adaptive reuse based outof Los Angeles,made three promotions within its executive team.Justin Lichteris now CIO while Peter GoffsteinandCoby Holleyhave both been promotedtoEVPs,responsible for overseeing the Eastern and Western U.S. regions respectively.
