Montierre Development is making progress on a massive multi-sports mixed-use development in Ocoee, with the town’s city council set to vote on the project next month. The 150-acre complex, known as The Dynasty Ocoee, will be located near East Fullers Cross Road and Ocoee Apopka Road and will feature 17 multi-sport fields, 1,114 hotel rooms and 4,277 parking spaces.
