"Occupancy at Bell Works New Jersey Reaches 98%"

Bell Works New Jersey, a 2-million-square-foot “Metroburb” located in Holmdel, NJ, has recently announced the signing of 21 new office leases and lease extensions totaling approximately 75,000 square feet. These agreements have brought the campus to an impressive occupancy rate of 98%.

Among these new leases is FirstEnroll, a health insurance third-party administrator who will be occupying 7,480 square feet as one of Bell Works New Jersey’s newest tenants. The Asbury Park Press (part of Gannett) has also signed on for a space measuring at approximately 5,963 square feet. In addition to these new tenants is Atrium – a staffing agency and recruiting firm – who not only extended their current lease but also expanded their office space by an additional area measuring at around6 ,580 square feet.

Ralph Zucker – CEO of Inspired by Somerset Development which owns and manages Bell Works – expressed his excitement about this recent leasing success stating that over the past decade it has been inspiring to see this Metroburb grow into such a lively hub with its latest additions further enhancing its collaborative environment. This achievement highlights the importance of creating diverse and amenity-rich office spaces that cater to today’s modern workforce needs.
