The NYC Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) has issued a request for expressions of interest (RFEI) to find a top-tier anchor tenant for the Science Park and Research Campus (SPARC Kips Bay), an innovative life sciences hub in New York City. The center, located within a commercial tower, will receive $100 million in city funding and aims to become a leading Life Sciences Center. It is expected to generate over 12,000 jobs by transforming Hunter College’s Brookdale Campus into two million square feet of space dedicated to academic research, healthcare services, and life sciences activities.
This RFEI invites proposals that focus on driving research & development efforts, fostering partnerships with other organizations within SPARC Kips Bay, promoting talent development initiatives,and integrating with other components of the SPARC project.
