NYC Nonprofit Organization New York Cares Secures Lease in Financial District

New York Cares, the largest volunteer network in New York City, has signed an 8,280-square-foot lease at 39 Broadway. The nonprofit organization will occupy the entire 27th floor of the 447,400-square-foot office building located in Manhattan’s Financial District. Other tenants include Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor and Food Bank for New York City.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Carri Lyon and Jenna Catalon represented the tenant while Cammeby’s Management Company LLC was represented by Brian Siegel during this transaction.
This latest lease marks a significant milestone for New York Cares as they expand their presence within NYC’s Financial District neighborhood.
