**Nvidia Partner Wistron to Develop $761M AI Supercomputing Facilities in Fort Worth**

U.S. Wistron, a key partner of Nvidia and one of the world’s largest electronics manufacturers, has announced plans to build two artificial intelligence supercomputing facilities in Fort Worth, Texas. The large-scale project, totaling 1.1 million square feet, is projected to cost approximately $761 million.

The development will be located within the expansive 27,000-acre AllianceTexas master-planned, mixed-use community in North Fort Worth, developed by Hillwood. Wistron’s investment is expected to create over 800 new jobs in the local area.

As part of the project, Wistron is renovating a 766,944-square-foot facility at 14601 Mobility Way, with an investment of roughly $181 million, including land acquisition. Simultaneously, the company is investing more than $580 million in a new 324,598-square-foot facility located at 15200 Heritage Parkway, which sits within the 35 Eagle business park developed by Trammell Crow Company.

Both facilities are slated to become operational by early 2026.
