By utilizing Prophia’s data capabilities, Nuveen aims to enhance their data management processes. The platform offers comprehensive, verifiable and structured commercial portfolio data which enables industry leaders to improve their investment strategies.
Mark Meehan, director of the office sector at Nuveen Real Estate stated “We rolled out Prophia in staggered stages but wanted a comprehensive view of all lease points as well as a platform that facilitates easy navigation and reporting.” With centralized source for portfolio information provided by the company’s services ,Prophia has doubled its customer base while maintaining 100% customer retention through providing extraction solutions along with standardization options .
