**Nuveen Acquires 234,133-SF Industrial Facility in Braselton, Georgia**
Stonemont Financial Group has completed the sale of the Braselton Broadway 85 industrial distribution center in Braselton, Georgia. The 234,133-square-foot property was acquired by Nuveen.
Located at 1394 Broadway Avenue along State Highway 124, the facility sits on a 21.5-acre site. The property reached full occupancy last year after Stonemont secured leases for 111,606 square feet and 122,527 square feet.
Stonemont continues to be active in the Atlanta industrial market. The firm recently finalized the sale of Chamblee International Logistics Park in Chamblee, Georgia to Hartz Mountain Industries. Completed in February 2024, the four-building, 236,000-square-foot development is located just inside I-285.
Additionally, Stonemont is nearing completion of Stonemont Park 75 South in Locust Grove, Georgia. The three-building, 903,701-square-foot industrial park began construction in June 2024 and is expected to be delivered later this summer. It ranks among the largest industrial developments to be completed in the Atlanta market this year.
