North American Properties (NAP) and Nuveen Real Estate held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of The Forum Peachtree Corners’ redevelopment. In March 2022, they acquired the 21-year-old lifestyle center and have since worked on improving its software, pressure washing, street sweeping, increasing security and housekeeping coverage, rebranding it comprehensively as well as rolling out its first full calendar of events.
Construction will now focus on modernizing The Forum into a mixed-use destination with the addition of 125 boutique hotel rooms; 381 multifamily units; experiential retail & dining offerings; structured parking & an expanded public realm. NAP is also weaving in their signature hospitality driven management approach which includes resort level services such as concierge & valet for an enhanced guest experience.
The value add project will be completed in phases starting with retail focused upgrades followed by pedestrian improvements.
