**CNI College Expands Campus in Santa Ana with Drawbridge Realty**
Drawbridge Realty has announced a new lease agreement totaling 20,839 square feet at Pacific Center in Santa Ana, marking a significant expansion for CNI College. With this addition, the nursing college’s Santa Ana campus now encompasses nearly 73,000 square feet.
CNI College offers a comprehensive range of accredited programs in nursing and health sciences, including Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees, Vocational Nursing, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and Surgical Technology.
Pacific Center, a 390,600-square-foot, two-building Class A office campus, is strategically located with convenient access to the I-55 and I-405 freeways and just 15 minutes from Orange County’s John Wayne Airport.
Following the latest lease, less than 30,000 square feet of office space remains available for lease at the property. CBRE’s Dave Desper, Ross Bourne, Rick Warner, and Chip Warner are leading the marketing efforts for the remaining space.
