The New York Professional Nurses Union, a part of the Lenox Hill Hospital group, has recently secured a long-term lease for 3,948 square feet at 145 East 57th Street. The space is situated on the fifth floor and was previously located at 241 East 75th Street. Currently, there are still available spaces for lease including the remaining portion of the fifth floor measuring at1,140 square feet and an entire sixth floor spanning over5,067 square feet.
In this deal,the owner ofthe building -145 E.57thStreet Associates- was represented by ABS Partners Real Estate who also serves as its managing and leasing agent.Brian Weld from Cushman & Wakefield acted as representative forthe tenant in this transaction.
