Among the upcoming additions is Brkthrough, which will occupy a 20,000-square-foot building adjacent to Dave & Buster’s on 8885 Metropark Drive later this year. Another highly anticipated arrival is Escapology, an escape room concept. Game Show Battle Rooms recently opened its first Houston-area location at 8980 Metropark Drive earlier this month.
The project is being developed by Sam Moon Group and boasts over 175,000 square feet of retail space as well as restaurants and entertainment options.
