Numerous Engaging Experiences Planned for The Woodlands

A variety of exciting new immersive experiences are set to debut at Metropark Square, a sprawling 70-acre mixed-use development located just north of The Woodlands. Among the upcoming additions is Brkthrough, which will occupy a 20,000-square-foot building adjacent to Dave & Buster’s on 8885 Metropark Drive later this year. Another highly anticipated arrival is Escapology, an escape room concept. Game Show Battle Rooms recently opened its first Houston-area location at 8980 Metropark Drive earlier this month.

The project is being developed by Sam Moon Group and boasts over 175,000 square feet of retail space as well as restaurants and entertainment options. In addition to the immersive attractions mentioned above, visitors can also enjoy a state-of-the-art AMC movie theater on site. Other notable tenants include Black Bear Diner, Top Sushi,Jax Burgers Fries & Shakes,and Pho Fix.

The Woodlands area has been attracting an influx of new entertainment concepts in recent times such as Activate which has secured a lease for their own space measuring over12,o78 square feet within Grogan’s Mill Village Shopping Center.

Further down FM1488 lies Dudley Sports Plaza -a massive75,o00-square-foot complex expected to open late next year-which will house popular indoor slide park Slick City Action Park along with Elite Pickleball facilities.This surge in immersive offerings highlights The Woodland’s growing appeal as an entertainment destination for locals and visitors alike.
