The NRP Group, a fully integrated developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing, recently celebrated the grand opening of The Davis Apartments in Cleveland, Ohio. Joined by University Hospitals and local officials at a ribbon-cutting ceremony, this 52-unit affordable housing community also includes a UH Community Wellness Center in the Glenville neighborhood.
This marks The NRP Group’s third “Health and Housing” development aimed at addressing social determinants of health. It is also UH’s second Community Wellness Center following the first one opened earlier this year in Bedford, Ohio.
Funding for this project was provided by Ohio Finance Housing Agency as well as RiverHills Bank and PNC Bank. Designed by RDL Architects and located on East 105th Street and Churchill Road, The Davis Apartments offer one-, two-, three-bedroom apartments along with four townhomes for individuals or families with incomes below 60 percent of the Area Median Income.
