NRP Group, in partnership with the San Antonio Housing Trust Public Facility Corporation, has recently finished construction on Los Arcos at Vida. This $81 million project is located in District 4 of San Antonio.
The development consists of 324 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms and is specifically designated for households earning between 30 and 70 percent of the area median income. The community offers a variety of amenities such as a pool with sundeck, barbecue grills and picnic areas, conference center and cybercafé, activities room, community garden, playgrounds and on-site laundry facilities.
Funding for this project was primarily provided by $36 million in tax credits from the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs. Private activity bonds issued by Opportunity Home San Antonio contributed an additional $38 million while grant funds from Bexar County Economic & Community Development American Rescue Plan Act provided $2.5 million towards its completion. Other key financial supporters include: KeyBank Barings Huntington National Bank Alta Architects MBC Engineers.
