Silverado, a new 342-unit apartment community in Las Vegas, has officially broken ground thanks to a partnership between The NRP Group and Rockefeller Group. This project marks the first collaboration between these two companies in the Las Vegas market and is located conveniently between Henderson and Summerlin.
The development will consist of 15 three-story garden-style buildings on a spacious 13-acre site. These buildings will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units designed by Perlman Architects.
Residents at Silverado can look forward to an impressive list of amenities, including a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse with social areas like sports lounges and communal kitchens. There will also be state-of-the-art fitness facilities as well as shared workspaces tailored for remote professionals or students who need quiet spaces for meetings or studying. Outdoors, residents can enjoy various recreational options such as swimming pools, pickleball courts, bocce courts, dining areas with grills for outdoor cooking experiences , yoga lawns , fire pits ,and even dog parks!
Construction on Silverado is scheduled to begin in December of this year (2024) with completion expected by Q1 of 2027.
