Global healthcare company Novo Nordisk has secured a full-building lease at Alexandria Real Estate Equities’ Center for Life Science – Waltham campus in Massachusetts. The 165,940 square foot space is located at 60 Sylvan Road and is part of the larger 1.5 million square foot campus that includes buildings such as 40,50 and 60 Sylvan Road, along with other amenities like conference facilities, lawns, collaborative spaces, a café and fitness centers.
The project to redevelop the building at 60 Sylvan Road is currently underway and it is expected to be completed by the year of delivery in2025 for Novo Nordisk’s use.
